I can't recommend Nikki highly enough. We have been training together for 4 months now and the results are beyond expectations. She keeps the sessions exciting, encourages you when you need it, and places just the right amount of pressure so it doesn't scare you away. Most importantly of all she is very focused on your safety. You won't be disappointed with your PT service with Nikki.

Nikki is a fantastic personal trainer. She is down to earth and friendly. She caters training to your level and needs and always gets results. The best in the area for Women's fitness and perfect for Mums with bubs in tow. Highly recommended!

Nikki has been so encouraging and patient with my often less than enthusiastic start at exercise. She takes into account all of my individual needs and puts together interesting workouts, always keeping me motivated. I've been training with Nikki for almost 12 months and I would 100% recommend her! As a mum of a (then) 18 month old, I was looking at getting my body back into shape. Nikki has personalised a training regime for me that keeps me challenged, whilst also taking into consideration my post-partum body. I'm feeling physically strong and fit.She also has a ton of extra support in addition to my training sessions, with plenty of short exercise and stretch videos available to her clients as well as information and podcasts on things like stress, diet, and energy. She also has a lot of online options for those who can't train in person with her.
