Maroochy Sands Holiday Units

Our time spent here was enjoyable. The holiday apartments are suitable for a small family and the pool is lovely as well. The apartments have very cute beach themed decor which I love. Key card system in place is really great offering safety and securing for both holiday goers and permanent residents. The apartments have a great view and you can hear the waves crashing at night as you sleep. Furthermore the apartments are in a prime location and are close to a Mcdonalds, Night Owl, Sizzlers etc. Even the surrounding high rises are quite and well kept allowing all those around a quite, relaxing getaway.

On arriving at the apartments I had not been provided with a code to get keys to the apartment. Tried calling both phone numbers multiple times with no answer. After 20 minutes finally got a return call notifying us they would be there in 5 minutes.Once getting into room we found the cupboards to be dirty and even found an old coffee cup that had not been washed.So not sure how often the rooms are checked/ cleaned but we also found old dirty bandaids by the couch.This was very off putting.Overall not happy with the stay and not likely to return.

Amazing location. Everything you need in the apartment (if you've chose more expensive one). Fast internet and big screen smart TV.Unfortunately were no shower gel provided (only two small shampoo) and only one set of hands and face towels for four guests.

Great camping in lovely bushland by the sea setting.Staff very helpful here.Hard to believe that the beautiful southern view of Noosa National Park is so close yet here seems so remote!.Just remember that powered sites do not have taps for water although a designated tank water tap is at front of camp kitchen while bore water provides for showers etc.Great amenities that are always kept super clean.

I spent 14 days at Maroochy Sands. The apartment was sparkle clean and very well kept. The view from the balcony is beyond amazing. Also, my unit featured a 55 inch SHD TV with pretty much every Foxtel channel available, it also came with a washing-machine and a drier. The lady at the reception is super-friendly and always willing to help. Great value for money.

Older building buy renovated in detail in recent years. Facilities old but well looked after, very good swimming pool. As far as I understand all units face the ocean, the views from higher floors is amazing. The apartment we stayed on the 9th floor was extremely breezy. No aircon which was a downer when first booked but unnecessary during our stay. Carpark always had places available and the combination of residents and guests made it great. If you have time for a coffee try the great coffee at Cafe Owl next to the Indian reataurant down stairs

The views on the balcony were great but other than that would not recommend to anyone. My sister complained about her room smelling terrible. And I felt very VERY uncomfortable almost as if there were an unwanted presence in my room. The hairs on the back of my neck were pricked up the entire time I stayed there, and always felt as though something was watching me. A VERY uncomfortable stay

Cheap accommodation, good location and lovely views. Furniture and beds are very old and need updating. Beds were firm but comfortable. Old bed spreads, roller blinds were dirty, air vents filthy, but otherwise clean and presentable. Quite adequate if you want cheap accommodation.

The place was so clean which is a big thing for me expecially with this virus around. There was nothing that needed cleaning I could just move my stuff in to stay.Staff always cleaning and.place smelt amazing both in apartment and out on patios and pool area.Pool area was beautiful both during day and night time pool area.looks amazing from patios.Ample towels and kitchen well equipped.Great to have a washing machine and dryer.Staff were beautiful can't rave enough about them friendly helpful and made you feel so welcome. Easy check in and check out.Will defiently be coming back here.Thanks guys
