Japanese Chef Cooking Class
My daughter and I did the miso ramen class with Keita and we enjoyed it very much. It's great to see how Keita does it, and we learned little tips and tricks that we wouldn't pick up if we were just following a recipe at home. Keita is very knowledgeable and a lovely teacher. The ramen was absolutely delicious!!

Class was intimate and well instructed by Kei Ta. Recipes were printed ready for us and emailed too which is fantastic for future reference. Looking forwards to the next class!!

I’ve attended 3 of Keita’s cooking classes in the past 2 months. They were fun and easy to follow. He teaches how to cook great food using easy to find ingredients. Highly recommend. Thanks Keita!

Our 10yo son attended the kids' sushi class in Brisbane, and he had a great time. He enjoyed learning how to make sushi, and he said Keito is a great teacher. Thanks Keito! We hope to attend another kids' class soon.

We really enjoyed Keita's Bento Box class for our staff party. Keita was knowledgeable, experienced, practical and very helpful and the food we made was generous and yummy. We can't wait to go back for another class. Thank you Keita.

Japanese Chef Cooking Class
Keita came to our house and hosted an incredible sushi-making class for my son’s birthday ~ it was such a great way to celebrate a special occasion and it was made very memorable indeed, especially so with an awesome gift of a bottle of Japanese soy sauce as well. Keita was extremely well organised and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to have in our home. Highly recommend!!

Do yourself a favour and get to one of the classes! The pace is very good, the foot is fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to spend a Sunday morning. Added bonus is that you learn some new skills and can do it yourself at home next time!

Japanese Chef Cooking Class
I brought my partner along to Keita's Katsu curry class and it was a great date idea. The class sizes are small so it's more intimate and hands on. Keita really knows his stuff. The curry and soba salad were delicious and it was a really lovely morning. Would definitely recommend if you enjoy cooking.
