Met with them twice as a job hunter back in 2010 and it was all one-way. Of the two recruiters I met neither one lifted a finger to keep in touch. Despite my having 20+ years of top level HR experience in orgs of up to 19000 employees overseas, this outfit never put me forward to clients for any roles. Hays Recruiting (Sydney) on the other hand was extremely helpful in securing me a permanent role within 3 months of my beginning an active job hunt in 2010 and Hays remained in regular contact. Hays made it easy then for me to throw a LOT of business their way for temp staff.
