3 sessions in and after putting laser off for YEARS because I was a little scared, I feel so silly now! The ladies here are just wonderful, I couldn’t be happier.

Had my 1ml ultra lips done here, and I can say the service was fantastic, I felt comfortable and relaxed even though it was my very first time having cosmetic lip injectables, it was a overall great experience and I will be back for more.

I have been coming to Laser Clinics hyperdome for around 2 years. Their specials are great, staff are amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. My skin and body has improved so much since being treated here. Shout out to my fav tech Emily who is amazing at her job,friendly and very knowlegable. Thank you

I have been going for nearly a year and the girls are all so supportive and kind! Have noticed a significant drop in my hair growth and wish I had done this so much earlier!!

Emily is a very professional and skilled therapist who has provided exemplary customer service. My skin is looking better than it has in some years. I can definitely recommend the Loganholme store.

I been coming here now for around a year on and off and I honestly am so happy with the service I keep meaning to write a review but forget.Staff are always so kind and considerate. I always have someone different as I personally don't have a preference as every single girl I have had is professional and does everything right. They always Check you are comfortable and happy. Also love having a laugh and chat whilst services are being done and always greeted with a smile. Highly recommend going here for laser services. Haven't had any skin services yet but when I can afford to I just know where I'll be going. 10000/10.

The clinic at Loganholme is amazing. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. That always make me feel so welcome and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable during my treatments. Cannot recommend this place enough. My favourite one stop shop for all my self care needs!

I have used this clinic for a couple of years now. I purchased some RF treatments online that I didn't get the opportunity to use before expiry. I did book in and turn up to use one of them however I was not notified prior to the treatment that I needed to do a specific skin regime for two weeks prior to having RF done, so I had to do another service that day which was inconvenient, but I switched treatments and didn't complain.Unfortunately with a full time job and two kids getting in hasn't been easy, so by the time I got back to them they had expired. Granted I was past expiry by 25 days but it would have been nice if LCA had taken into consideration that I am a paying customer who buys ALL of her skin care products there and does purchase regular Micros and LED sessions. This lack of consideration has cost me $300, which will not be credited in anyway, and would have cost LCA nothing for a little extra thought towards customers' experiences. I won't be back. Word of warning to anyone who purchases anything online, don't let them expire because loyalty means nothing here.

I had 2 sessions here, both times with different technicians. Dissatisfied with both. First appointment the technician did not even put the laser nozzle directly touching my skin and did it from a short distance, appointment was super quick and felt rushed, with no explanations, just quick to get me in and out. 2nd session, i apologised IF i had missed any hair as per normal, it is hard to get 100% all hairs (which even hubby confirmed there were only 1 or 2 hairs that I missed!) so technician refused to even do the bottom half of my face since I said that saying she will damage the machine if she goes over unshaven hairs. was then offered to re-book 'once properly shaven', have only half of the treatment done or purchase a shave kit $49! . Did the treatment as technician pointed out because i couldnt reschedule my babysitter and nor was i paying $49 for a razor to shave 2 hairs.. but was charged for full face laser anyway. I have had 14 previous sessions of laser done in VIC and was at a steady 5 week interval between appointments before hair growth was coming through fully. Not sure what frequency level was used these 2 appointments here in QLD but my hair grew back at full length in just 1 week this 2nd time! To say i am disappointed is an understatement. Also not having 1 technician assigned to 'know' you and your treatment requirements is just frustrating. I will not be returning, I did not feel like a valued customer, especially refusing to even laser an area if 100% hairs are not removed. Technicians should know that a hair here and there will be missed especially in areas hard to reach or see. Will not recommend your clinic.
