BIG4 Port Fairy Holiday Park

Such a gorgeous park, perfect for kids of all ages. And its pet friendly! The playroom for the kids is perfect to keep the kiddies entertained on days the weather isnt so great. This park would be amazing in summer. Looking forward to returning :)Thanks Big4 Port Fairy

Stayed here with my wife, in one of the motel rooms. It was just an overnight stay after we did the Great Ocean Road on the Harley. Room was large, fairly modern and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was a dud, and water pressure was non existent, that didn't worry us, and we didn't have time to bring it to their attention, in the morning. It is a nice stroll to town, about 1km away. Indoor heated pool (which we didn't use) looks good, and if you were travelling as a family, there were great facilities and play areas for children, as well as nice amenity blocks and very tidy camp kitchen. I can see why people base themselves here for a week with kids. It was quiet and well looked after, and staff were very helpful and friendly. Bike friendly which was good.

Very easy check in, most courteous staff and our cabin exceeded expectations. Lovely and warm, all amenities in great condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great few days in a powered site. Everything was so clean and grand service. Indoor heated pool best by far.

Wonderful holiday here with a group of families. We stayed in the cabins and the kitchen was fully equipped and heating was great (especially since we visited in winter). The campsite was so much fun for the kids with the skate park, bouncy pillow and indoor swimming pool. Highly recommend and another reliable offering from the Big 4.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Glenn was amazing at his customer service from the moment we called to book until the moment we checked out. He made us feel very welcome and always went out of his way to ask if we need anything or how we were enjoying it. 100/10 for his customer service! Will definitely be returning especially just for seeing the lovely staff member Glenn. He was also absolutely exceptional when my little girl hurt herself and offered all care he could including a trip to the hospital after hours! He even checked up on her the next day! Absolutely amazed by how kind and caring he was, definitely made the holiday that much better.

Despite a full caravan park over Easter with tightly located sites and cabins it was very quiet. Indoor pool was fabulous. Disappointing that park guests were charged for mini golf. Some of the bunk beds need a mattress update. Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic facilities with spacious sites. Our first caravan holiday was a memorable one. Very friendly and helpful management and staff. Great location to either cycle or walk into town in a few minutes. Would highly recommend the ensuite sites, which were large, clean and very modern. This venue and the beautiful town of Port Fairy are highly recommended.

Stayed at the park for 4 nights over Australia Day weekend. We were in a 3 bed cabin which was very spacious and had everything we needed to cook. Facilities at the park were great (indoor heated pool, mini golf, basketball and tennis), kids club and activities every day and very safe for our 3 kids. The staff were very friendly from start to finish. Highly recommend for a family get away!

Very impressed with the cleanliness and presentation of our cabin. Layout was great for family of 5. Kids loved the jumping pillow outside too. Would definitely stay again.
