Had a warranty issue with a 12V fridge. Got it repaired well under the estimated time. Had a good old chat with Bob who educated me on a few things I was unaware of.

I had a warranty problem with our caravan air conditioner on our Adria. I contacted Bob about get it serviced he was most helpful and booked me in to have it fixed.I was greeted upon my arrival at 7:30am and the fault was diagnosed and fixed by 8:15am. Couldn’t fault them for their service they were both friendly and efficient.Highly recommended this business if you have any problems with your caravan fridge or aircon.RegardsJoe Bajada

They were extremely helpful and efficient in quoting for insurance repairs to our Dometic roof top air conditioner with approval and installation completed within two weeks of quoting - Legends! Their work is of the highest quality and they provided sound advice for the future use and maintenance of the system. Professionals such as Bob and Graham are a rare find these days and we are very grateful to have found them.

Great team and service.It was pure luck that I had the time to bring my caravan to them to investigate my faulty DOMETIC 3 way fridge.They identified the fault and had their part to replace in stock. Also showed me a few features on my fridge that I never knew about and taught a few tricks to ensure I got the best performance from the fridgeThey also made a few simple modifications to improve the efficiency that only professionalism and experience they would know about.Customer service was excellent.
