Very unhappy with the service I received. I called a week in advance for an appointment, then they couldn’t do it until the following week. Once he showed up I was told he couldn’t do it today and I had to wait until tomorrow and then I was told I had to wait until the following day. The price was very expensive and then after I signed was told that there was an extra GST on top. Then I rang the call centre to complain and cancel my quote and was told that I had to speak to him personally. Absolute terrible service.

Had bad blockage throughout the house. Adam had attended in a timely manner (within 2 hours of calling him) and on a Sunday afternoon :) He was very professional and friendly, he took his shoes off before coming in the house and was informative of the issue and solution. He cleared the blockage and cleaned up after he was done, he hosed down the pavement etc :) Will definitely recommend him and his services.

The electrician Kurt was extremely professional and found the issue instantly- he explained every procedure concisely and identified pertinent issues and did not push" or attempt to "upsell". Tradesman (Jamie) Arrived earlier then anticipated on the day (with permission) and commenced work, despite the work taking longer then expected due to arising problems Jamie persevered through these issues and completed the task above expectation and scope all within the price from initial quote.Thanks team Same Day Trades!
