Room was nothing like the photos. Which was disappointing..tired dusty and cramped..broken beds and thin poor mattress. Desk was great, but its the dodgiest thing I've seen for a while..just a 2..just.

Upon arrival, the water wasn't working. Then the spa stunk like sewerage when the water came on. Complained and was ignored. What a waste of $160!!.

Was no hot water from the time we arrived at 6pm until the time we left at 8am the next morning. Rang reception and was told ye we are fully booked try again in 20 minutes" No hot water came through at all.Was unable to shower myself and two young children. The rooms are very run down

Great place to stay; friendly staff, always welcomed with a smile! The price is great too. This place has gated security, locked down at 10pm with access to the gate code. Decent parking spots. It's pretty quiet too. Comfy bed. Decent bathroom. Wide walk in shower. Tea and coffee provided. Has air con/heater. Check out time is 10am. If you want a cozy, quiet place to stay, this is perfect. :) + has tv with Foxtel, and DVD rentals.

Wouldn't go back, too dodgy for me and my children.crack head central. people dealing out of the motel rooms ,and to many undesirables hanging around.and not value for money ,for the price I payed

Where do I start, blood on tiles in bathroom. Spiderwebs, filthy walls,carpet, walls. Bed smelt horrible. Only hot water to the basin, true eye opener and couldn’t leave quick enough.

Rooms on the smaller side, heater didn’t work, reception not helpful, fridge was about to die - making a horrible noise. Had people hanging around our room all night.Definitely won’t be staying here again.

We found the rooms clean & tidy, the staff friendly & accomadating for any need you may need. We stayed 6 days & found you could go anywhere from this location. We have stayed there before for 3 days & found the same.. A big thank you to the staff for their hospitality.

If I could I would put 0 stars. The most rudest person to ever come across and the room is completely disgusting! I’d happily take the complaint further just due to how rude Karen is behind the desk.
