A review as a regular customer is awesome to create. Jacob is a wealth of knowledge regarding hair needs and care. He clearly demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the specific limitations, quality and use of the hair products and equipment to suit the needs of his clients. A very polite and professional approach by Jacob ensures that you feel valued and listened to regarding your purchase. It is amazing that he recalls by memory the previous purchases made. I am impressed with his efforts to cater for men's hair fashion by stocking a large range of men's products. The store was amazing during lockdown ensuring we could still able to purchase products for our hair.It has been an absolute pleasure to shop and feel supported by quality products and service.A big shout to Jacob on providing consistent customer service and care over the past 2 years that I have been shopping at the store he manages.Keep up the amazing work and service to the local community.

Edited to advise that the store has since made contact and made amends with my complaintRubbish advice from salesperson regarding a colouring product. Had zero product knowledge or lied straight to my face. Hair is a disaster

One of the hairdressers did a terrible job bleaching my hair. I went in with cream coloured blonde hair, and left with a patchy orange mess. I still can't believe I paid for this. I think my 5 year old could do a better job. DO NOT BLEACH YOUR HAIR HERE!!! Unless you don't want any hair left. PS. The man working at the front was lovely and this is not about him.

I go there mainly to get my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted and the lady is doing a great job with that. The color lasts much longer than at other hairdressers and the price is great value. Products in the store are a bit pricey though.

Seems they are understaffed and rushed at the moment.I booked by phone and stated I wanted my hair cut and permed.They cancelled two appointments.When I finally had an appointment I was told I was booked in for half an hour and they could only cut my hair.I received an uneven, rushed hair cut with no styling.I decided to go to another hair dresser to have my hair cut evenly and permed. Paid for two cuts when it should have been one.

Terrible customer service. The lady in the store was rude and judgmental. Laughed at us when we decided not to purchase something. Might need a new career in an area that doesn’t involve face to face human contact dear. Will not return and will advise others to do the same.

Very professional, got my daughters ear pierced here. Jacob was very caring and reassuring with the girls. Thank you ☺️

Jacob has been nothing short of amazing and helpful every time. He’s knowledgeable and polite, helps me any time I come in and could really sell me anything. Anytime I need advice, he provides it, along with products that actually work. Wonderful in every aspect!

Jacob is AMAZING! He loves what he does and is so kind and genuine, he never tries to sell you the most expensive product and will always evaluate your hair and give you an honest opinion on what will work best for you. Best customer service I have ever received.
