Was told they don't do parcel pick up despite the fact they're on the Auspost website.Annoying because I've got multiple parcels meant to be coming to this site and they just seem to reject them

Don’t ever order Uber eats from them. I’ve ordered from them a few times and every time they screw it up. When we called the last time to tell them they forgot something they hung up on us. Don’t waste your time and money.

I went there at 1.30 in morning desperate to find an eraser for my daughter who suffers from bpd and was in meltdown the young gentleman was so kind and did his best to try and find one for me in office he was unsuccessful but he tried and that was amazing thank you for your efforts and kindness it was beyond appreciated

I ordered through UberEats and had four items, (two milk shakes, a solo and a smith's chips) I was informed by uber that BP had removed one of the items as they did not have it, as a result my partner and I went down to check. So we rang twice to see if they had their milkshakes in stock, we witnessed a woman called Aman go to the phone and hang it up both times. Not impressed with the customer service! Beyond that we walked in to ask if they had Banana milkshakes available, Aman replied that they did, and so we ordered one.Might need to rethink the staff you hire as I will not be shopping here again and will encourage anyone who goes their not to order either.

I had to pick up a parcel this afternoon and I was taken back by the tone an attitude that I received when picking up my parcel. I was happy and feeling good until I came in really did not make my day. Customer service and being polite to people is the basis of a good business structure. I will be avoiding this business at all costs from now on.

I buy my fuel here when I have been visiting my daughter. Today I went in and I wanted to a cup/mug of tea for the trip back to boroniaWhen asked for the girl to make me one she said coffee , I said no tea , again she, said coffee. Starting to get frustrated i again said tea to which she then told me they don't sell tea .Don't know what the problem is as it is on the menu board .Disgraceful is all I can say

I went there to fill up and as I stepped out i tripped because of some kind of oil/grease was all over in front of feul pump 8.I told the guy and said what happened and someone else can trip and get injured and he didn’t even reacted just looked outside.If i had got any injury I would have filled a claim. Bad service
