Thank you to the awesome staff at Automotive Direct at Peter Warren, Warwick Farm. They gave me a great deal on my new Civic, a loan car whilst mine was being prepared were honest and courteous. Get a phone call from a clown salesman telling me I shouldn’t have put an enquiry tbrough because I made an offer they didn’t like! Wth!? The car is advertised for $62,000 I made an offer for $59,000 drive away. Quite a disturbing phone call. The guy was not friendly and couldn’t communicate well. Don’t be in the sales industry if you can’t negotiate in a friendly manner. Didn’t even start the call with saying ‘hi, how are you?’They must have Covid brain and lost all their manners. Would never buy a car off rude sales people like this. I even said I’m paying cash. Behavior like this will not make people want to call or come into your dealership. There’s hundreds of other dealers selling the same cars you clowns.

I purchased a car here 12 months ago at Peter Warren Hyundai and was extremely impressed with the customer service. We knew what we wanted and were able to negotiate a good trade in price for my old vehicle and purchase price for the new one. I have since had my vehicle serviced at the Peter Warren facility and once again was impressed with their professionalism and after sale support. The staff are always friendly and efficient, make the whole experience of dealing with Peter Warren Automotive enjoyable. They are very good at what they do. Highly recommended.

I was refused to test drive a Hyundai i30 because I said I wouldn't be buying a car that day. I was told, and I quote why would we put kilometres on our car and reduce its value for someone that won't be buying it". I thought this was very rude and unprofessional. Peter Warren Automotive Direct is a great place to buy your car from. My parent's had came to buy a blue CX-5 and by far, they had the best condition out of all the places we had went to before coming here. The customer service was great, with Brandon being very friendly and willing to work with my parent's price range.

We came cashed up and ready to buy a car on the day but no one in this dealership could be bothered to help us. Waited and waited so we left and bought a new car elsewhere that day. I guess it was a blessing in disguise as the car we bought was better and cheaper than Hyundai.
