so expensive compared to other petrol stations. Chocolates & food are extremely overpriced. It’s essentially highway robbery. It sucks it is the only petrol station in the local area. They are very greedy. Do better 7/11

Very difficult to park when you don't wantfuel only make other purchases becausepeople have no consideration for otherpatrons of the store, angle the their caracross 2 parking bays or fill up all theparking bays to go park taking up morethan one of across the road for pizzaand other food, while genuine users are'blocked' from their use.On one occasion I parked beside themechanics garage, a park furthest fromOld Northern Rd & went in to get acoffee. When I came out I wascompletely blocked by a car that hadreversed to the mechanics door in frontof mine, not only could I not leave, therewas no room to walk between his & mycar he was that close. He had mewaiting half an hour before he returned.When I challenged him for blocking mein I received a mouthful of abuse.I'm hoping one day someone will inventa locking device on your car so whenyou use this 7 Eleven carpark & yourvehicle can't leave until it's unlockedwhen you pay for your purchases attheir checkout.

90% of time in 1am-5am no one at counter, cant use fuel station

Gas cage was left open and unattended while being filled up by 7eleven employees, and caused considerable damage to my car.There was no signage, no barricades, nothing of any kind to warn you there were any dangers in the lane.Speaking of, the gas cages open into a fuel lane which in itself is insane.Pure negligence.

Ordered Krispy Kreme donuts 4-5 days before for my sons class and I went to pick them up and they didn’t have them ready for me nor did they call me. So disappointing!!!! The guy at the register said he was taking care of it and needed 48 hours notice which I did do. Absolutely HOPELESS!!!!!!! Never filling up here again or giving them my service of any kind. Not to mention petrol price is way too high here.

I would leave 0 star if I could. The guy who worked there is very rude and not willing to help, worst service ever.7:45 am Sunday 03/10/21, I went there to exchange a Swap and Go gas bottle as the one I got from them can't be open.The guy refused to try to open it himself, and refund to exchange it because I can't prove that I bought the gas from them. He asked me to leave a phone number and told me his boss may call me a few days later.I told him I can't wait a few days, I need the gas today. I even offered to pay and get a new bottle of gas while waiting for his boss to contact me.He refused again and suggested me to buy a new gas bottle with the gas instead. What a joke.I left the shop and called Swap and Go, the lady told me 7-11 should exchange it for me, and she can't understand why they refuse to do so, then suggested me to go to bunnings.I went to bunnings later. One of their friendly staff tried to open the bottle unfortunate couldn't open it either. Then bunnings gave me a new bottle.

Why have they changed the iced coffee lids!? You may as well have no lid at all because it just flies off and coffee spills everywhere. Don’t know what they were thinking.

Very bad customer service, no idea how to talk to customer.Very very unprofessional, staff on duty 10/09/2022 at 7pm no idea how to even talk, I bought coolant bottle and came out to put it in car and realise it not the right one.Bottle was sealed and guy refused to return after 5 mins of purchase.No name badge either.
