Only losing a star for some products that seem never available and strange layout of some aisles. Absolutely love the self checkout area though. Sooo much room for everyone and every trolley ..and then some!! Good work guys. I have not shopped at another supermarket yet that has this!

Disappointing as a new store. Shelves are bare staff are rude. Don’t know why everytime I go there are stuff blocking the isles up by stocking shelves at midday. It was still Monday, another whole day to go in the catalogue yet there is nothing. Floors are dirty too.

Disappointing for a new store. Its huge and has wide aisles, however, the shelves were overall, messy and I walked each aisle. There were many empty cardboard boxes on the shelves and as it was only mid morning, I cant imagine they were all emptied this morning. Products are no doubt messed up by customers, but have not been tidied. This was common to each aisle, some worse than others. Only one checkout open. I was fourth in line.On the positive side, the roast chicken I bought was cooked beautifully and the young lady on the checkout was polite, friendly and helpful. I have shopped at Foodland next door which is well maintained.I usually shop at the Brickworks Woolworths... very neat, tidy, well stocked shelves (where products are available) and empty boxes removed.

Just came out from this store. The girl on checkout was so rude. We called her for assistance thrice but she kept staring towards us. Fourth time she came with an angry face. No greetings nothings. We are so disappointed

Stand in manager on duty doesn't know the Woolworths wrong price policy. I was charged full price for a marked down product but she argued that it was a scanning error. Which might have been the case. However I was charged wrong price.
