Australia Post - Clearview LPO
Worst post office in the state. Only 1 staff works here at any given time causing long queues and delays. Staff are slow to operate facilities too. Certain staff are rude and unhelpful. Sadly, all parcels in my postcode get redirected here even though it isn’t the biggest and only post office in the suburb. Austpost needs to have a thorough review on this post office!!!

I was really impressed by the service I got here-especially by Shay! He went above and beyond to make sure I got my parcel this afternoon (even though it was after hours) and he has always been super friendly when I've gone in there before. Thank you so much!

I wish I could give no star to this AU Post, the guy at counter, his attitude is terrible! I went there 2 times within last 2 weeks to collect my parcel and he never greet and he just keep showing me his poker face! I mean if you are hating this job, don't work there, or if this is your own business, think about to sell it to some one who loves doing logistic business.

I am far away from another suburb to post something to oversea. The guy done the job perfectly! Nice & care & quick. Much better than the post office locates where I live.... Which is a quite high recommend suburb

Appalling service. They don't answer the phone. There is no ability or mechanism to leave a message. They sent me s text to collect parcel from post office. I made a trip to the post office and the parcel is not there. So I apparently have to go back again in the hope it will be there. Interesting business model.

We got given someone else's parcel and when we tried to return it here, the man responded rudely and told us to go some other post-office. Really terrible experience would avoid

Absolutely gutted and devastated as I write this. Went in to pick up a delivery. Expensive Kitchenware items from DJ. When the attendant went in to pick the items up from the back, a loud crash was heard. Sure enough all the glass items inside the box were broken. We took it back into the office immediately and the man refused to look at it and just told us to leave and call 13 13 28. Even though it says on AU post that we are to take it back into the store. He refused us. No empathy, no apologies, nothing. He was standoffish throughout the visit, start to finish. So awful. So unprofessional.

This post office I usually came here every week for collecting my parcels and stuff. The new staff become really rude and racist nowadays treating client differently in somehow.

So... The awful guy that a lot of the negative reviews are talking about seems to no longer work here. I'm updating my review from worst post office I've ever seen" to average.The attendants are friendly and professional. It would be nice if they were either open early/close early
