This is a place with walk in, so make sure you have enough time in hand. I got a hair wash, hair cut and blow dry done. The staff is in rush and try to finish the job as quickly as possible without giving any detailing as to what the client has asked for or if they doing justice to the job.

If I cut my hair by myself, I think it would be much better. Never rank one star for any store. But this time, no. I already showed picture before cutting. But she never listen.

Really feel that the approach to any haircut should be professional; the skill is missing at the salon. To all the complaints they have received, a standard answer is that a 7 day guarantee is in place. Having done a bad hair cut; there are slim chances to recover it. I had the quickest $39 dollar haircut in my life at this outlet. Obviously, we do not normally feel the actual look of our haircut till we reach home and look at ourselves in the mirror. Mine was terrible and looked as if a beginner has made some random efforts to give you a hair cut. I am not going to them again; they should improve or more negative reviews are on the way quite sure.

Hello, I am extremely disappointed in your service. Everyone was nice in the saloon but my bangs were never cut this bad. It makes me very upset. I tried to wash it and style it but there’s nothing that would make it look good. I will have to go to another place to have fixed. Again, it’s very disappointing to have a fringe cut like this. I hope I can receive a refund? What is your policy? Is it best to come over or can you transfer money back to my account?

Asked for a blunt cut trim (with just slightly more than a trim) The excuse for the hair at the back being FAR shorter then that of the font was that it’s because it’s pulled from the back which I understand. But the expectation with hair (especially females) is that it will of course be pulled to the front. Not only this, but when the hair at the back was pulled to the front prior to this haircut it reached the FOURTH button on my shirt. If this is a trim I don’t know what a haircut here would be like. I have had a blunt cut my whole adult life and not once come back with this issue. So disappointed and definitely had a meltdown about just how short it’s going to have to be to fix this.

I have been going here for years. I only go every few months. Love them. But I've had one lady twice. Michelle. Both times I told her I was growing my hair. It was quite long when I seen here. I get a trim plus layers. She always cuts it sooooo short. 3 months later I am still pushing haur out of my face because the front won't tie up. I hate this so much and it's why I don't have a fringe. Sooo annoyed. 3 months. I said I'm growing it. Don't cut too much. When I left, I remembered she did that last time she cut my hair. I won't see Michelle again.

Just CutsI love this. I put my name down on their ipad. Walked around a little. Received a text to make my way back to the salon, they were ready for my cut. 20 min wait time - maximum.I love the price. $39There are extras ie shampoo , blow out, and the prices are listed at the counter.Being a female with long hair, I was often charged $80+ for a trim at other salons. $200 for a wash, blow out and trim.After lockdown, I cut it all off into a bob style and grew out my grey.Todays cut was lovely. Tidying up the last few inches of colour over my grey. I dislike small chit chat at salons. My stylist was lovely, attentive and quiet.I felt at peace.My fringe is a little too short but that's partly my fault. I had an all round trim, one length.100% I will be back..Again and again.This was my first time. I'd been looking for a salon for 3 years near me that suits my needs.Just Cuts ticks all the boxes.
