What can I say…Having just completed my 8th session at F45 Gladstone, I’m amazed at how welcome everyone makes you feel and how good a team environment there is.Kudos to both Jess and Sandy you and your team really know when to push us to the limit whilst keeping it fun and interactive.Although I’m a little sore I’m certainly feeling the benefits already.Look forward to challenge 39!!

F45 Gladstone is a positive & supportive environment with welcoming & professional trainers. The sessions are able to be tailored to your own needs & personal goals, and every class is different which is a great way to stay consistent and motivated. Highly recommend :)

If only there were more stars, I’d give F45 Gladstone a 10 star rating!!! I absolutely love turning up every day and not having to think about my workout, I love the positive vibes from other participants and coaches, and I love how it’s made me feel after just three weeks there! I was so nervous at first heading into a group setting, but if it’s one thing I can guarantee, it’s that you have absolutely nothing to worry about! Everyone is way too focused on their own journey to even look at you during the workout….Highly recommend!!

Joining F45 Gladstone nearly 2 years ago was the best decision I’ve ever made. I never find it hard to motivate myself to go as they make you so welcome and help you out so much. Workouts are great and I love that I don’t need to think about it just go and get it done and walk out feeling stronger/fitter each day. If you’re looking for a friendly, fun and welcoming place to workout then F45 Gladstone is it.

F45 Gladstone- WOW!!! The Trainer’s passion and love for what they do truly shines! They are so invested in supporting you to achieve your goals and are your greatest and loudest cheerleaders every step of the way! It’s an encouraging and motivating atmosphere that’s inclusive of all fitness levels and a vibe that leaves you feeling welcome right from the very first moment you walk through the doors! I have never experienced such personal and beautiful care from a fitness community, as I have at F45 Gladstone!!!

F45 training is good but F45 Gladstone Training is the best! Functional 45mins of training isn’t the only thing you get here. You get Fitness, guaranteed. You have Fun…Fun, because your Friends are by your side and because the Family of coaches, encourage you, acknowledge you and appreciate you. Every time!The workouts change and keep you guessing. There’s no boredom, plenty of laughs and even more results. The standard of coaching is above and beyond. There’s times where you’ll see them in studio working out too, or they’ll jump in next to you, to help motivate you through it.I started on the Free Trial and just keep coming back for more.Fitness doesn’t come along with fun, friends and family often or even with the word free for that matter. But no matter what level of fitness you have or want to achieve, F45 Gladstone can help you out for sure

I have recently joined F45 in the last 3 weeks and I'm addicted and I love it, even though I'm really unfit!!! Even after a hard session, I'm still pumped and excited for the next day. The trainers are super friendly, they are supportive and helpful to everyone in the class and encourage you to be the best you can be.Thank you team at F45, you've changed my life.

F45 is so great! The coaches are so energetic and enthusiastic. Would highly recommend someone who is getting back into/starting some exercise.

Have really enjoyed F45 so far, trainers are friendly and helpful. I like that I don’t have to think! Even if I feel really unmotivated as soon as you start the feeling goes and before you know it you’re done!
