Extremely responsive and got me in pretty quickly for what wasn't perhaps the most attractive job in a very busy period. Agus did an outstanding job and I couldn't be happier with the result.

We spent over $2,000 for a Split system and we've had to have them back after only a year as it was making Gurgling Sounds and they indicated it needed a clean! We work shift work and are only home 1 out of 3 weeks so Id hate to see how often we'd have to pay $200 for a clean if we were home all the time!We also asked to put it on an inside wall and they put yellow coloured pipe cover that looks like an elbow sticking out of the aircon into the wall. You would think they would have suggested another way of putting the aircon on the wall without that sticking out.Sorry not happy Happy considering the price we paid.

Old School Workmanship, Service and After Sales Service with the most up-to-date modern techniques and equipment. They quoted, I accepted, and they installed with great care a whole of house Ducted Reverse Cycle Air-Conditioning System in our home. The price was competitive. Their workmanship is excellent. They even achieved something totally new in today's' world, they turned-up on time and finished the installation on time in the 3 days allocated as per their schedule.However, after completion of the work and I paid their Account in full, do NOT expect any after Installation Service. Despite promises of 6 monthly Service at a Fee of $160 per visit it has never happened. This despite 4 phone calls to the proprietor to remind him of his obligations.

I found the company to be very reliable and super professional. They have done multiple jobs for me and each one to perfection and all with in an excellent price range. I certainly recommend using Everest Air conditioning.
