Cannot thank Tanita and Jason enough for all they do for the animals they raise and look after till they find new homes! They have a great variety of beautiful and healthy birds, fish, mice and rats. I have bought several fish and also been allowed to visit my new baby bird several times a week for the last few months and stay as long as I like until she was weaned and old enough to finally come home with me today. They are both so dedicated and loving, I never hesitate to recommend them and happily travel to shop there.Amazing people with amazing quality and service.

I got Mr. Rio last week from Tanita and Jason. He had been hand-reared. Jason & Tanita are so friendly, easy going and welcoming. Definitely recommend them.

I couldn’t recommend Phoenix birds and Aquatics enough.We have now brought 4 of Jason’s unique designed fish enclosures and can I jus say besides the endless compliments we receive on them, they are super easy to look after and make such a wicked statement piece in our home.The staff there are super friendly and have endless knowledge. We totally love Jason’s creative side. Every time we go to Phoenix, there’s always something new and different.It’s uniqueness makes it a must see place to visit. It gets the thumbs up from us, definitely Highly recommend.

Got a lovely galah from Phoenix a couple months back and big thanks to staff for listening patiently to the many questions from myself and the kids about all manner of bird care and answering with insight and care.The shop is in Midland which is comparatively close for us, but this place is worth going to from much further afield considering the service.A deserved 5 star rating.

Got my gorgeous little lorikeet from Tanita and Jason a couple months ago. He had been hand-reared and I fell in love with him instantly as soon as I picked him up and saw his gorgeous personality. He has brought so much joy to my life and he is so beautiful. Tanita and Jason are so easy going and welcoming and have a great shop full of so many different beautiful birds, fish and things! Definitely recommend. So happy with my experience.

Highly recommended pheonix birds and aquatics for all your bird needs. They have a great selection of toys, plus handmade toys that are beautiful, my birds second that they love them. Jason and Tanita are highly knowledgeable and answer all my concerns and questions I have about my birds. I have just today picked up my newest addition to my bird family, a beautiful hand raised baby budgie who is already settling in and chirping away with his/her budgie and cockatiel friends. You can’t go wrong when you shop at pheonix birds you will walk away happy knowing your birds are going to be happy and healthy

Got my handsome boy Paco from Phoenix on Friday!I’ve never been to a breeder or store where they will actually talk about the personalities of the birds before.I fell in love with Paco pretty quickly and it’s clear to me that they hand raise their birds with all of the love they can spare!Very knowledgeable, and friendly staff. I will definitely be coming here again in the future!

Highly recommended. Friendly, knowledgeable and very informative. Being first time we have purchased a pet bird, both Tanita & Jason were very forthcoming with information on the do’s & don’ts & showed an unmistakable passion for the well-being of the animals.We would recommend this place to anyone.
