Thai & Nam are a lovely warm hearted couple, family local business and they have looked after me and my family for years now.They always do an excellent job and are extremely accommodating, helpful each time we have been in a bind. All alterations done there have been spot on every single time and they are so professional and above and beyond in service.

Thi and Nam are the best in the business. They’re incredible kind and passionate about what they do. The price is so fair for the service, they always go above and beyond and do an incredible job. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

I absolutely have no idea why anybody would go anywhere else. Thi is beyond brilliant. As is her brilliant husband Nam. Thi sews like a dream, the clothes come back so beautifully laundered and they are such friendly gorgeous people. Definitely look no further.

The BEST. Fast. Perfectionists. Great value. Friendly. A husband and wife team that care about longevity of my clothes. Over the 2.5 years of always using them weekly every visit they wash, fold, hang and iron exactly how I like it done. I have a washing machine but I still take my laundry here because they fold it so nicely… I feel like I have a mum looking after me !!!Thank you so much for always looking after me and my lovely clothing!

In this case I took two puff jackets and one coat to dry clean. Since they had cameras as proof, they forced me to check it before I left. I said I'd check it at my house, not here. Not just that, it wasn't clean. All the fiber inside the two puffy jackets lost their puffiness. My two favourite and warmest puffy jackets are not even warm anymore.I don’t mind to pay 3 times a price when i know the work will be completed professionally and properly. They got mad because I gave one star here also, but they did not even try to give me proper explanations.The prices are not fixed. They said that the prices are per item so they can’t put fixed prices. Australian law determinate all the prices of a service must be displayed anyway.They'll look at you and decide how much to charge you. They charged my partner $10 to shorten a pair of pants. They charged me $15 to swing one inside pocket of a jacket. On the day, I asked them based on what they charge because I saw the lady think too much about the price. It would have been good if they had at least displayed prices as a starting point. They can then explain why they're charging more, for example.Of course I will not come back to this place anymore. My jackets are completely useless anyway.
