Terribly disappointing and frustrating service from the team at Mainfreight Narangba. They initially ? lost (no explanation was ever offered) my initial consignment ordered from Brosa on 7/11/21 for delivery ‘before Christmas’. I reordered the item from Brosa and have now waited since dispatch on 17/3/22 for Mainfreight to deliver my item. Today is 6/5/22.I have never been contacted by Mainfreight to arrange delivery. I have contacted them innumerate times and spoken to ‘Carol’, ‘Faith’ and ‘Joel’ + others to arrange delivery. Each time I have been assured that it will arrive on x date. It never does. On 4/5/22 one member of staff even stated that it will be delivered personally by them on their way home. Today, I was assured that it had just been loaded onto the van and she was certain it would arrive today. It’s 5.15pm. Of course, it hasn’t arrived.I am sick of being lied to by this company. It is totally unreasonable to take 50+ days to deliver a medium sized box to a major regional area 1 hour away from their depot, only 9 minutes from the M1. I’ve been very understanding of delays due to covid, flooding and staffing but this is unacceptable.

Friendly enough, a bit dissorganised, continually had trouble finding my freight, but all ended well
