Had an awful experience at this salon with Stacey, she had a very cold and unfriendly attitude, didn’t listen to me at all and I now have one of the worst hair colours of my life. My half head of foils looks more like a half head of all over bleach, there was almost nothing in the top half of my head she didn’t dye, so it looks awful with my dark blonde hair on the bottom and my regrowth. It’s also way way way too light, almost white, I’ve never had foils this light, it completely doesn’t suit my skin tone, eyebrows or my natural hair colour, within a few days you could already see a huge difference between the colour of the bleach and my regrowth. It looks truely awful and I’ve had to go out and buy a bunch of head bands and wraps to cover my hair. I went on holidays and didn’t take off my hat all week. I was also charged $110 more than what was advertised on the website. It doesn’t say “from” $150 for half head of highlights. It just says $150. I would expect more from a salon charging $150 let alone $260.The only positive feedback I can give was the trainee working with Stacey was nice.

I called up at the last minute for a wash and blow dry, and the girls were all too happy to have me in!I was washed, dried and looking like a star within 35 minutes!Thank you so much for letting me in on such short notice, and for creating hair magic.See you again soon!

Underwhelming hair service. Gave 3 stars to be nice cause they were nice, but I asked to be booked with a senior stylist cause I'm guilty if being quite fussy with my hair, she wasn't a senior stylist. The waves dropped out by the time I walked home.

I love seeing Amber at Asisa and walking out feeling refreshed and great. The service and end product is amazing plus sitting in a beautiful salon makes the experience even more relaxing!

Amber is so friendly and i always love my hair when i leave, i've had many hairdressers over the years and Amber does the best blonde colors i have ever had . I highly recommend Amber and her Team!!!!

Worst haircut - salon is not versed with men’s haircutsWhen I visited my barber for my haircut after I had this one late last month, he asked if I had cut it myself - that’s how bad it was. A business shouldn’t advertise a service it can’t deliver adequately and mens hair is not one.Moreover, I felt unwelcome from the outset and hostility from the stylist. She even shaved my moustache without even checking. I had to coach her through the haircut. They did not have any razors. Terrible experience.
