I have been a client at swish beauty for about 8 years or so. I have known Caitlyn since she was an apprentice at another salon and followed her over to Swish. I try to always book with caitlyn as she is amazing with colour but it doesn't matter who does my hair. I always leave feeling great and happy with my new do! I have had 3 children since being at Swish and they all love coming in for haircuts (especially Eli)Being a sustainable salon is also a plus..I love love the ethics behind this!I highly recommend booking in with any of the amazing girls at swish. You will not leave dissapointed!

I have been going to Swish Beauty for well over 10 years and have always been very happy with the service. Rebekahhas mainly done my hair, I have a darker colour on the roots and lovely blonde foils through the top with Ammonia free products. I have also had some of the other lovely girls do my hair Samie, Rhi, Sarah and Casey have done my hair at different times. I've always been so happy when I have left the salon my hair feels healthy and looks amazing and I get asked numerous times where do I go to get my hair done.The prices are reasonable and the staff are all lovely Thanks to Rebekah and her team would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend this salon! Sarah is wonderful and goes above and beyond to make sure clients are happy before they leave and all the staff are very friendly. Love my new hair!

After the customer behind me paid and left, the beauty therapist at the register walked off without acknowledging me while a hair dresser who was looking after her customer served him next until it was finally my turn to say I had arrived for my appointment.I did the $99 colour and blow dry package and the hair dresser was tugging my hair while I was about to sit back at the hair basin and I felt rough hair pulling during the hair wash too. The package stated ‘hair straighten or curls’ and I was not offered either- just blow dry and while I could of said something the all over colour of my hair was what I wanted, and I just let it slide about the extra service included in the package because I just wanted to leave the salon since the overall environment felt hostile to me.

After 10 months of trying to grow my hair post breast cancer chemotherapy I was finally able to make it look OK at 9cm length. Unfortunately I trusted Swish when I should not have; Worst botched hair cut and colour ever . . . I'm so devastated after the owner Rebekah ruined my hair with the worst uneven haircut; she thinned it that badly; now I can't do anything with it. Its 2 cm in some areas, 4cm in other areas and the longer lengths now just stick up and or break off due to the supposed ammonia free" colour" that has turned my hair greenish.When I went back very upset after days of trying to deal with it; I showed her how bad it was and the different lengths; and I said she had ruined my hair; she denied that she cut it that way and tried to say my hair was already cut like that and damaged; when it wasn't . . . I disagreed and she told me to calm down in an abrupt manner and said how dare you speak to me like that

Well priced, really great group of girls who are welcoming and professional. Always happy with my hair colour whether I'm going blonde or dark! Highly recommend.

Had all my 7 bridesmaids, my mother & my hair & makeup done on my wedding day , the girls did such a great job with my fussy maids !!! We all looked beautiful .
