I can highly recommend Belle for leasing out a property. I initially worked with Brodie who set up inspections rapidly and helped me identify a price point I was exceedingly happy with. Since the time of lease, Amelia has been very helpful. There is just enough information that the process isn’t overwhelming, communication is always highly responsive, and overall I get a sense that my property is in safe hands.My only recommendation to people considering Belle, is that they negotiate the percentage the agency takes.

I just sold my house with the help of Julian He was helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, always answering our calls and texts.Throughout the entire process, Julian was communicative and responsive, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. He provided me with expert guidance on everything from pricing my home to preparing it for sale, and he always had my best interests at heart.I can't say enough good things about Julian.
