Cakes from factory so their cake taste same every stores. But this store staffs seems not welcoming the customers. We are trying to visit other stores instead.

It's a bad service. I didn't have any suggestions when I selected it. When I paid for it, I repeatedly reminded that the amount was wrong. I put in the money for two cakes. I don't know if she did it intentionally or unintentionally. The packing of the cake is very crude. I asked for a fresh cake made today. As a result, I was ordered an unwanted cake（who’s Jam?) And there is no candle birthday hat to send, in many stores can send a set, will not come again.

DOUBLE CHOC STRAWBERRY TORTE: Very Dry sponge and could barely taste the chocolate flavour as evident from the colour of sponge itself. Literally no strawberry jam on the layers.Quality has significantly dropped from last 2 years. Not buying from this place anymore! I did give the feedback last time too, all they do is give you $5 or $10 off the purchase.

Nice clean Shop. I usually enjoy the cakes from the Cheesecake Shop. The first one was good everyone loved it, but this time at this Shop most cakes looked old like not made fresh. Compliments for notice on the window during covid 19 situation.Parking could be an issue sometimes here.

Look let me just say that the flavour of the cake was delicious.But please don’t ever buy a birthday cake from this place. I should’ve walked out initially after I received such a bad service from the guy. When I took the cake out of its box, it was not symmetrical and collapsed on one side. The cream wasn’t piped on well. Poorly made.It’s would’ve been suitable if it was a $15 cake but for $70, just not good enough.

Bought a Black Forest cake on 5th of May for son’s birthday, and realized that the cake was only well decorated from outside with the fresh cream, however, the cake inside was harder than a biscuit, and completely tasteless.

I ordered a passionfruit cheesecake for my partners birthday dinner.When it got delivered. The writing was all smudged (which costed me extra to put on the cake) and the cake was all over the place!!! it was not symmetrical and collapsed on one side, It was that bad I couldn’t serve it up! Very disappointed!!! The driver that was delivering it was on a motorbike no wonder why the cake was all over the box!

We use The Baulkham hills branch for all our birthdays and they never fail us. But yesterday we tried their new chocolate lava cake for my son's birthday and it was the best cake we ever had! I also recommend their wildberry cheesecake. However it always tasted better when we buy the whole cake and not portions. It doesn't taste as fresh when we buy half or quarter.

I bought a cake for my friends birthday and when we opened it it had this green stuff all over the cake we couldn’t tell if it was some green colouring that somehow got on the cake or .. if it was mold either way we couldn’t eat it so we threw it out! I mean if it’s $10 you don’t mind but it’s nearly $50

Bought a 2 tiered beesting made by Hassan for our son’s 18th birthday. It was excellently crafted n baked. It came out to be half the price and double the taste of most other celebration cakes! Hassan helped us design it and it was a big success at our party
