Absolutely highly recommended burger basement! Customer service as soon as you walk in is fantastic, the warm welcoming, the atmosphere is on point the music is fantastic gives a really good vibe, the ladies here zeinab out waitress and nujud our server were amazing friendly, helpfu, welcoming, very friendly and warm people. Can’t wait to come back again. Definitely worth the hour and a half drive!!!!!!!!! Thank you for a great night

If I can give 10 stars for service , I would. The girl at the front was amazing! The girl in the kitchen … wow. The place was buzzing and she still made the effort to come out and check how our food was ! And the food YUMMMMM! Will definitely be back !

We enjoyed our first time here. There is a lady who works at the front and she has one of the best personalities, she was so friendly and accommodating. The food took a fair bit to get out but that's due to it being a Saturday night and they were very busy. The food was worth the wait, very delicious. Highly recommend!

Picture it Pascoe Vale 2023, a young man with a group of his main girls, looking stylish and absolutely starving, ready to demolish some burgers.We go to sit down, only after being greeted by the beautifully spirited staff, maybe waited MAX! 15 minutes for our food, as we're eating each bite makes me fall in love with this place even more.I would kill for this burger as if it were my own child, nothing will stop me from coming here again.Bless this place and bless the staff.

Visited on Sunday around 8pm.The burgers were cold, burger patty was kinda dry and not warm enough.Nothing extra ordinary. Costed me $25 in total for 2 burgers 1 small chips and can of coke.Most of the staff is like 18, may need more traning.This place is round the corner from my house. Probably will not visit again.

Didnt, buy into the hype. I cannot say for sure and for certain but it tasted like the beef burger pattys were not made with fresh mince. The burger was middle of the road. The dipping in cheese sauce seemed more of a gimmick (although the cheese sauce did taste good). Service was fine but it took a looooong time to get the burger. There are better places to get burgers out there. Shop around.

Been here a handful of times and it's been good on all visits thus far. The burgers are juicy and flavourful with a wide range of options for burgers. The fries are not too bad either.SOME of the staff could probably use some customer service training. Otherwise, not too bad.

We ordered two burgers at 8:10pm. They we're quite busy at the time, so we anticipated a wait. We did not get our burgers until 8:55 (they close at 9!). The wait should not be almost an hour for two burgers.The burgers themselves were good, but definitely not worth the wait. The service staff seemed to ignore us while we waited and didn't make an effort to update us on our order.I definitely won't be returning.Another bit of feedback for you guys. If you're busy to the point you aren't able to fulfil orders in a reasonable time for the people that are in your restaurant, stop accepting menulog and ubereats orders! While we were waiting for our food, two poor delivery guys were waiting to get their orders and they were there before us! It's not fair on the drivers or the person that ordered.
