Piano City | Yamaha - Roland - Casio - Beale

We went to Piano city Parramatta to purchase yamah ydp 145 piano. On their website it showed they have 2 pianos available in this category at Parramatta store and in the specific color we wanted. But after reaching there the lady in the store said they don't have it available in the store. Our whole long trip to Parramatta was wasted. How come the website says something else ? Is the website poorly maintained or staff is lying? Can't rely on their website. Moreover we bought the same piano from other store the next day, for less delivery charges I.e. $50 and $150 ( inclusive of delivery + assembly). Whereas at piano city the lady told us delivery and assembly will be $90 and $180 (delivery + assembly). That's more charges than other music stores.

I bought my digital piano from Piano City a few years ago. Awesome customer service!! Today I need advice about squeeky pedals. I rang and a super helpful gentleman answered the phone and we had a lengthy conversation. He patiently answered my many questions.I strongly recommend buying your pianos from this company. Following a very helpful phone call with the staff, I visited the Parramatta store to look at a digital piano. The team were incredibly helpful in showing me the various options available. Through discussions we worked out that what would suit me better was a Beale stage keyboard. The set up, stand etc was exactly what would suit me and help me get back to playing. It was also much cheaper than what I had intended to spend. I am extremely happy with the care and attention the team gave me and helped me to make the absolute correct purchasing decision. I would highly recommend Piano City - awesome team and thank you!

I would give 6 stars if I could. My wife and I visited Piano City Parramatta last week looking for a Roland LX708 to test out. Elain was very lovely, professional and told us to sleep on the decision before purchasing the piano.We happily purchased it and Elain was very kind and helpful and delivered it up to our home in Newcastle the next day. Talk about personalized service!We love that it is family owned and run, and it shows!

Poor customer service.We experienced poor customer service on two occasions which has prompted me to write this review. When we were enquiring to purchase the piano, I left my contact number on a few occasions for them to return my calls. We persisted and eventually got through after numerous attempts. A few months after purchasing a top end piano, I rang to enquire about the process which I need to go through to fix a technical problem on the piano. They said they would investigate and get back to me. Guess what, I got no response. I had to call Yamaha directly to resolve.

We purchased a Yamaha C3 grand from Piano City, we are grateful for the service we received. Renee, Rachel and the team went above and beyond from the moment we met them. It was completed with a professional delivery yesterday. The team was personal, knowledgeable, patient and polite. Thank you all, you should be proud of the service you delivered to our family. Travelled all the way from the Central Coast as Piano City were the only ones who had what I needed for my daughter. Added bonus was the string section upstairs and managed to very unexpectedly get something for myself with the most exceptional, understanding and dare I say it inspirational service. I have never recieved service like this in my 35 years of visiting and purchasing at music shops. Thank you!

We purchased a Yamaha GC1MPE grand from the team. They were very helpful with getting the piano setup in time for school holidays and at the beginning of the lock down period. Was a great relief to have it setup so promptly as the team went above and beyond the expectations for delviery and setup. Our piano cover is still enroute several months later but Elain has been very helpful to keep ontop of this issue.
