Most amazing customer service experience. Been there 3 times when I’m in the area. Coffee was great and I fell in love with the blueberry bagel with peanuts butter. A game changer wow wow wow. I’m definitely a fan when I’m in the area. Highly recommended

Put a order in today for 2 regular coffees extra extra Hot what did we get warm instead of extra Hot a joke.Is it that hard to get what you pay for I guess it is better to stay at home make instant.Will never come back.

We called into Grind this morning for an order of 5 takeaway coffees. The manager had had to send her staff member to hospital after an incident with cut thumb. The place was BUSY. She worked as if she were an octopus, with a smile and the order was made up perfectly, even the half strength, hot, flat white with no froth, double cup. What a champion ! She knows how to work under pressure and deliver the goods. Well done !

Okay coffee, miserable barista. I was asked by the girl taking orders for my name and when the coffee was ready, the barista just put it on the counter without saying a word. Won’t be back due to the lack of customer service.
