I had a good experience with this store..I bought a Tasmanian wood long dining table..good quality and they had stock straight away..SONNY was the saleman,he was easy to deal with and helpful too.Delivery was great.

We were happy that the company was able to store our sofas for 3 months. They were delivered on time, however, a day later we realised that the delivery guys, who we let to use our bathroom, stole Versace perfume worth 130 Euros. Called the company, they were not very apologetic and did not even called back... This turned up to be a VERY OVERPRICED DELIVERY!!!

We bought the Mimi Luna Almond sofa from here through Joanne. Really happy with the sofa and excellent customer service we received - Joanne was very hands on with providing quotes, getting additional details on the sofa, checking on delivery, etc.

Great service in both the James Lane and Sleeping Giant stores. Absolutely love the design and quality and have ended up furnishing multiple spaces with the items. Truly felt very well looked after! No wait times on any of the selected items. Happy days!

I had the worst customer service experience today in this store. I know i am on a budget on buying a mattress, he is very rude and disrespectful to a customer. At the end i am buying $ 1,100 mattress maybe for the people who work there and look down to a customer you shouldn’t work there at the first place. As a sales representative you need to learn more on customer service, if you just after some rich customer you better not working as a sales. Doesn’t matter i am buying or not, purchase some cheap stuff or expensive, type of payment that’s customer choose you shouldn’t judge, that’s not cool on any levels!Sales rep name : Ozzy

Nice furniture but the worst customer service - we paid for our furniture up front and were advised it would be 5-10 business days and we would be contacted. 10 days later we have not received it nor heard an update - they do not return phone calls (we called over 5 times) and cannot advise on an estimate delivery date and have refused to compensate us.

I got the 2 seater Xander sofa online the customer service was fantastic. The sofa is beautiful and was extremely easy to put together, just a few screws on the legs. Will definitely buy more furniture from this store in the future.

Terrible customer service. Waited 2 months on my lounge with horrible updates if any at all and when it arrived I received no call, message or email just dropped at my front door luckily my next door neighbor helped to courier. I wouldn’t recommend this company. Others do similar styles I’d recommend to go with a company that is more accountable & professional.

Bought a bed and was very happy with the service I received here. Was served by Sonny and Karen, who were great. There was a small mix up during delivery (through no fault of the store or delivery people), and the way it was dealt with and rectified was professional and swift. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would be happy to go back there.

I wanted a tallboy from the store. I asked how much it weighed - about 65kgs, so I said I wanted it assembled. If it was not going to be assembled, I would look elsewhere, as I live by myself and that would obviously be difficult to maneuver myself. Yet when I tried to select assembly when purchasing it, it told me I lived outside the relevant postcode (I live in an urban area not far from the store).They told me - contra the website - it didn't need any assembly. I contacted JL repeatedly to discuss this point, including adding on my note on the item that I was advised it would not need assembly.Finally the delivery guys bring it here. It is in a box. It is not assembled. I ask the delivery guys, who say they don't do that. James Lane repeatedly lied to me, for the purpose of making a sale. I would suggest that a furniture store that is willing to openly lie is probably not one you want to entrust with your money.
