Yeah time for me to tell my unfortunately scamming story! Some time ago I signed up a mobile phone contract with great deals for a 24 months contract, only 2 weeks into the contract and Optus changed the contract without notifying me that means the good deals been taken off, I’ve made a complaint and been told by Optus customer care to take Optus to court. I lost over $2000 over all this…I’m being now OVER charged for data big time!!!!

Went into the west lakes store to port into optus and get a new device. Since I had already spoken to somebody from their customer care centre I knew what the prices were and which plan I wanted. But the agent at the store kept saying that the best he could do was $39 but I had already seen a plan for $29 (current promo). Because I said that I was pretty sure there was $29 plan after discount He Mocked me on my face!!!He was laughing about it!! What customer service was this even?!! I wish I knew who that agent was to give a detailed complaint on but since I was soo offended I immediately left the store.FIRST & WORST EXPERIENCE!!

I haven't been able to even speak with anyone, as all of the staff are busy. I was affected by the Optus Breach, Driver's license needed to be replaced. I am also paying considerably more than my Family for Poorer Services. Changing services seems to be my only recourse.

If I could give negative 100 stars I would!. Vikas was absolutely disgusting!, no customer service skills at all and to top it all off was disrespectful and arrogant to an old lady who had just lost her husband!.Definitely would never recommend Optus now just because of the person they’ve hired and have representing the company was absolutely appalling.

Really disappointed with the customer service at Optus, I dislike writing negative reviews but today I found out that I was given false information regarding my account cancellation which had to be corrected by the staff at the telstra store. I felt that the server I had at Optus was not knowledgeable on their provider at all and after receiving such a definitive answer which I later found to be wrong, I have made the decision to switch to Telstra.

It's Optus been with them since they entered the market and they have never said YES with any problems it's always being sorted out or we'll look into that however my friends and I are of the same thought that we would rather any Telco other than Telstra they monopolized the market in the early days and charged whatever they wanted even though I still believe Australians seem to like paying through the nose for everything pricing on some of these phones are $2,000_$3,000 EA on long contracts crazy prices just to stay connected, whatever happened to saying hello in the mail? Oh well it's the price of progress?

The manager and staff at West lakes Optus are very friendly and helpful. I was served by the manager Gaurang. He was very kind with my bill enquiry and explained in detail.

I came across the most helpful staff member, Sree, who went above and beyond to try and fix my issue with optus. And although the issue wasn't resolved she tried absolutely everything possible to try and sort it out for me. Thank you again Sree!

Great staff, very helpfull. Do not ring Optus Go into the shop.I'll never ring Optus again, the person didn't listen to what I was telling her - then told me I wasn't listing. I tried to explain my problem Again she cut me off - then hung up on me. Very rude and abrupt.
