Jazz did an amazing job, I was super nervous as I had never been to a hairdresser, they made me super comfortable and I had a great experience. Offered me products that would aid me in getting my hair healthy again and it was very much appreciated.

Love coming here. All the girls are super friendly and the service is always a lot on. I don’t look after my hair as much as I should but Abby has suggested a heap of different treatments to manage my oil scalp and dry ends.

Great service by Bridgette. She was a delight to meet. Highly recommend for a good laugh, great conversation and some fine barbering skills.

its no wonder this salon has been shut down. the atmosphere in here is awful. you get glared at made to feel so uncomfortable and no one looks like they wanna be there.

Asked for tracks and this is what we got. They did fix it at our request but had to shave all the hair off. Was very disappointed in the whole experience as I expected a lot better.The owner was meant to call me to but never bothered too.Bad customer service and no confidence in the staff there.

I have been going here for years and was always happy with the service. Today however I had a hairdresser I have never met before. I booked in for a cut, which I have always done which costs $60. She then went onto inform me that I was getting a restyle which is not a cut? I wanted to go from shoulder length hair to a bob. Apparently that’s not a haircut anymore. She then ignored me the whole time she cut my hair and I felt like she was annoyed with me. I was completely uncomfortable the whole time and couldn’t wait to get out of there. I offered to pay more because I got the impression she felt I had ripped them off, but she refused. She said next time when I wanted so much done I should book in differently, I was booked in for a 45min appt and was only 30min, so I don’t think what I got was an extensive process. I am not sure what was different about booking in for a haircut and getting a haircut. I won’t return again.

I 100% recommend Jez! I don’t trust many people with cutting my hair and she did such an amazing job. She makes you feel comfortable and asks you what you want done.

My wife went here as she wanted to straighten her hair and to have it stay straight. She spoke with them and they recommended the Cezzane for $250. From what they said her hair should have been straight for a few months, within a week it was more frizzy and with dead, in a worse state compared to prior to the process. She said she wasn't happy and then they said she should have had the Chemical straightening instead so they charged her another $100 and said that is good for up to 6 months. Within the week again it was fluffy and worse than prior to either process. She showed them and followed up many times and they reluctantly gave her back $100. To be out of pocket $250 and to have hair worse than before going into this place has left a bitter taste in both of our mouths. We want to warn others about this if that are considering these processes with this company as you may also be out of pocket with worse hair.

Had my hair done Jasmine @Sunshine plaza. She is bright, bubby and fun. Always up for something new. Love my hair cut and colour. Great service. Thanks Nicole p
