Such a disappointed experience to dine in this restaurant. Food failed to meet the standard of the price set. They isn’t fresh, taste like leftover for days and serve chill. Also the food was out very slow when there isn’t many customers. Definitely won’t come back.

Food here is not delicious and we be treated not very friendly. We understand what your guys mean by short stuff, but it is should not be the reason u guys provide such kind of food and services.

I really enjoyed the food and the service. The robots add an element of fun, especially when they think they are going to collide. Food is fresh and tasty.

Quite possibly the most disappointing Yum Cha we’ve had. Spring rolls doughy, dumplings average, dishes arrived sporadically. Multiple signs noting short staffed yet used robo-waiters with staff serving off them? We were given food we did not order and waited longer for food we did. Overall, over priced for lack lustre food. Will not return. Do not recommend (at all).

Was a nice place. Was surprised to be greeted by robot waiters. The out front staff were still very friendly, with no need to interact with the robots if you didn't want to. The food was very delicious and tasted very fresh.

Located on beside a main road. Can be accessed from shopping mall food court on level 3, exit beside motto motto food store.Food quality:Somewhat hit or miss. Dim Sum are good, though it’s better to order as you are about to eat them as food turns cold quickly with the weather.- Singapore bee hoon is large portion, can feed maybe 6 or more if each is served a small bowl portion, but it’s actually a kind of Chinese style noodle with curry flavour which needs getting used to.Food portion / Price:Portions as expected and priced in restaurant prices as expected.- Duck close to $30 came out way smaller portion than expected, taste was reasonable but skin not as crispy as it is in Asia.Service:Hit or miss. Certain staff, maybe the regular or more senior ones, definitely put in effort to fill up empty tea pots, attend to us when we have any issue. But some staff claim to be busy and never came back.Food is served using robots which help alleviate staff shortage, very creative and a novelty!Crowd:Still had lots of spare seats on weekday lunch.Payment:Card or cash.

One of the best yum cha,I have tasted in Brisbane. Fascinated by their serving, little robot. It was effective and efficient helping robot. Ambiance was pleasant and peaceful. Enjoyed our lunch and would love to come back for more. Carpark available at Westfield shopping center.

Friends around always complain about the limited places for Yum Cha in Brisbane. And I alway suggest this place where seldom disappoints me! The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. I don’t like those restaurants which serve you a plastic bowl and a hot jar of water, letting you to clean the cutlery right after you have sat down. Unlike other Yum Cha places on south side, most of the dim sum here were freshly steamed so it might need to wait a bit. Good dim sum should be served in hot and looks delicate, here I found!

The food was absolutely delicious!I didn't mind the robots bringing out the food, I suppose it saves time, but it is very impersonal!Also the dirty dishes were not cleared from the table! If we were supposed to do that ourselves, we should have been told, so we knew to do it!

Attentive service and delicious food. We had a variety of tasty dishes, included dumplings, honey chicken and sweet and sour pork. The salt and pepper tofu was so delicious ~ Highly recommend. The addition of the robot servers was entertaining. Such a quirky touch. It’s good to see that there are still plenty of servers employed though and they are very friendly. Overall a pleasant experience.
