Metro Roller Door Service

We had a forklift hit our warehouse roller door, it was stuck open and we needed someone to come out to fix that day.Metro Roller doors were busy but scheduled us in. Came out and fixed the roller door in the afternoon so we were all ready for lock up! Couldn't be happier! Highly recommended!*Update, unfortunately had to use them again, but yet again, came same day and got us going! They are now also quoting on a larger repair. These guys are your 'go-to' roller door people!

Not usually one to put in reviews, but needed to share... Steve at Metro Roller Door is an absolute stand-up guy. Had an issue on the road and he pulled over to assist me and my family. Top rate guy and the company should be very proud to have him representing. Highly recommend Steve.

Beware, these guys lie about installation times, taking over 2 months after the deposit is paid. They don't care what your requirements are and the problems they cause. They damage your property and don't fix it. Very slimy bunch.

Requested the installation of a roller door motor and Steve who came to install the motor went above and beyond to get it going inspite of the roller door having issues which he fixed .Thanks Steve . I had to request them again after a couple of months for an emergency with the door ,Steve not only came and fixed the door inspite of it being late and bad weather but also it was the best customer service experience I experienced from Dan in the office and Steve. Definitely the best in their field . Would recommend them 100%.

Fantastic service right from the initial call. The people in the service department, Dan and Stacey, were very helpful and helped me with some advice for a temporary fix that got me out of trouble. Meanwhile, they quickly organized a quote for the repair and as soon as it came out of production they had their technician come out and fix it.A huge thanks to Dan, Stacey and the technician!

I'd like to thank Metro for installing our fly and security screens as well as our security doors. Sam was incredible to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure high quality workmanship and we couldn't be more happy with the result. I would steer clear of this company completely.I booked them in for a simple roller door job, they expressed I would need to connect it to power and their quote stated they would provide the control board. I even called to confirm what the sparky was supposed to do!Sent the wrong specs to me so our electrician quoted incorrectly and we thought we were getting a completely different motor.Turns out they don't actually fit the control box, and wouldn't take any responsibility for their mistakes with sending me the wrong.The owner completely spoke down to me and their mistakes costs me way more money, and he told me he didn't care and wouldn't be fixing anything for me.Stay clear, find someone clear and honest.

i booked them few weeks ago for my property. They were very professional and advised that they are 3 weeks away with work. Today they were due for servicing in the morning and at 10.30 they called to advise they will be here in 15 minutes.Professional reliable serviceable. I will definitely use them again.
