Most helpful and attentive staff. Mason was spontaneously helpful with the purchase of a Sirocco fan for our VW T 6 and organising the electrical connection.If you want knowledgeable and helpful salespersons this is the store to go to.

Fantastic customer service.Recently I went to the RTM Burleigh Waters store and was amazed how good the service was, Mark the guy who served me and showed me everything I needed was incredible, his friendly and humorous nature along with his great product knowledge made for a great shopping experience. Range and price was also great so I’ll definitely be back many times in future.

Mason and Craig poor service - 1 of them over sells and makes up stories to get a sale then other one said things about product that the another rtm said wasn’t true.

Knowledgeable team.Craig helped me fixing a light issue (purchased in the shop) straight in my boat.Patient and skilled technician he found the faulty cable (from the kit provided) and replaced it with a new one on the spot.Cheers Craig. Nice work.I like the store. They always have time to chat about your requirements and give you good options. We'll done.
