So slow and lazy. There’s always heaps of workers wandering around talking and doing nothing and only ever two or three people actually doing anything. And even then they don’t even normally know how to do their job. Always wait around for hours only for them to tell me I need to come back another day cause they can’t help me. Honestly shows the uselessness of the government and how much they don’t want to help.

When I went here, I had an appointment. I was half an hour early. I was helpt by the front deck, they said I was a bit to early to get me in there system so that they get see I was there. They put me in after a shot time in the system, I didn't have to go back to the deck. The staff there where very help full and friendly.

Good facility and service quality. I came on a slow morning and only waited 15min. Claiming anything with centrelink is not easy....especially if you're not Australian. Overall, on this occasion, my issue was addressed without too much hassle.

13 24 68 is useless and after getting nowhere and listening to every option it just hangs up on you!! SOOOO frusterating!!! I linked my medicare to Mygov and STILL they are sending me letters asking me to do it!! I did MY job, I wish the Department of Human services would do theirs! No wonder people have mental health issues, dealing with government here makes you go mad!

6 months ago i fractured two vertebrae in my back multiple fractured ribs and fractured sternum 10 years ago i fractured my neck.no pension.had emergency surgery on my back 4 months ago went in with a medical certificate and they won't look at them with out an appointment so I have to go back in 4 day's,, what a joke

Sour staff. Wasn’t helpful at all. Needed my new passport linked to my covid vaccine certificate . Was told they couldn’t do it . Yet was told on the phone to walk into medicare in Mackay they will do it for me as they can view my old passport ! Nope . Told me to carry my old passport with me when I travel . Which isn’t valid . Need more knowledge how to link passports .As other cities are able to do it but not here !

Wait time takes foreva, same as on phone, 5min call to report takes an hr bc of voice recognition, was quiet happy with pin. Staff also need to communicate with each other. Had surgery, went to take in medical certificate, got put into a relationship with the person I had bn seeing for a month. Now I receive no income for myself or my daughter. Their stuff up bc of one person n I have to fill out piles of paper work to fix their stuff up bc of lack of communication. Have bn trying to fight it since Oct 2018. And as for handing in paper work, ha, hand it to the person at counter, I can pass that on for u as there is a long wait, they say. Ok, Thank-u have a good day, I reply. Oh an wouldn't u know, it don't get passed on. If u have a bill u owe them than pay up straight away but if they owe u, u have to wait until they r ready to pay. Sorry about it being soo long but centrelink need to improve big time n stomp on the ppl ripping them off n help those doing the right thing.

Worst phone service I've ever seen. Took 5min 45sec to tell the system I wanted to sign up for centrelink. It then informed me they were busy and hung up on me.

Waited 15 minutes to be laughed at by one of the workers. The woman talked to me like I was stupid and she obviously thought she was better than me with her condescending smiles of amusement. Being 18 years old and independent is hard enough as it is.... I needed help and she laughed at me because I really didn't understand" her friggen words....absolutely disgusting service."
