Excel Power

We recently had Excel install solar power and air conditioning into our house. It was such an easy experience - they provided great advice on the systems we needed - turned up when they said they would and just made it happen. Thanks heaps.

Michael and the Team at Excel Power are professional in what they do and they have a very good attention to detail. We recently had solar installed by them and everything has been done to a high standard. We also use them in our business and they are very responsive.

We used Excel on our previous home and just had them install a solar system on our new home as well. Clear communication, professional, with quality material and workmanship. We didn't want to take a chance on one of the TV cheapie systems, you get what you pay for. I'm convinced Excel stands 100% behind their work, they are a solid company. Jacob is great to deal with and their crew are pros.

The admin staff / customer service staff need to be clear about what Excels hourly rate is. When I called to book a job I was given a rate for a qualified electrician and that was it - no other hourly rate was given even when I double checked. There was no mention of a rate for an apprentice. The lead electrician did a good job was professional and would do well starting his own company, no fault to him. The lead electrician had to do most of the work and most of the fault finding, the apprentice didn’t save time on the job. Got the invoice and was not expecting another hourly rate for an apprentice. I spoke with the company regarding this issue and they don’t seem to care. Just be up front when quoting rates!

I highly recommend Excel Power. They did a great job on our new house (re-wiring), were responsive and very impressive.They are also doing an office fit out for us. Every staff member I’ve dealt with is engaging - excellent customer service. Even if there was a price differential I’d run with them.

I rang 12 months ago about a faulty solar controller.. was asked to send pictures and Michael would get back to me. I sent pics.he messaged back wow and never heard from him again.very dissapointing.. thanks Michael..Obviously I went somewhere else.. . this photo may jog your memory although denial is easy..

I recently had the pleasure of working with Excel Power for a full solar installation, 3x aircons aswell as an outdoor light and powerpoint installation and required switchboard work.They have been impeccable, Jenna does excellent work in the office, prompt email responses and a pleasure to talk to over the phone. Michael did a great job answering any questions I had about solar and explaining the benefits of micro inverters. The solar team did an excellent job and it looks great. Tim and his team did an immaculate job with the aircons and the outdoor light/ powerpoint installation aswell as follow up's. Everyone from Excel Power has been professional and friendly and I look forward to working with them again.
