An intense 20min workout that gives you results. The instructors are excellent and love the extra services like complimentary electrolyte and protein drinks pre and post workout. Been attending the North Perth Studio for 2 years and have seen amazing results.Certainly better than any ordinary gym.I highly recommend SpeedFit

Fast and simple workouts but I leave like I've done a couple of hours in the gym. Great PTs with awesome attitudes to keep me motivated. Highly recommend you give it a go

Have gone from 0 exercise for many years to feeling stronger in spite of some injuries. All the staff in North Perth have been great and helped me to get there. I look forward to training because I’m improving each session and it’s so quick!

The 20 minute session can be individually catered to your own goals and the refreshments are a bonus! The technology here is unlike anything else I’ve experienced. I’ve been doing Speedfit for over 4 years now and have found the results fantastic.I’m 47 years old But my overall and core strength is as good as it’s ever been with only one 20 minute session per week.I’m extremely time poor so being in and out in 30 mins is terrific. I sometimes throw in a second cardio session to supplement and find these great too.Highly recommend!
