I'd like to thank Dr Phil! Was a pleasure dealing with you. Your easy going attitude put my anxiousness at ease. Dr Phil's trigger point work and prehab/rehab strengthening exercises are exactly what I needed for my individual issues. One of the exercises in particular being a game changer for me.

I have been treated by different Physiotherapists for years, however, Calum stands alone in his field. For over 12 months, Calum has been treating me and I like the fact that he is deeply knowledgeable and has genuine care for his patients. In addition, I have recently started seeing Perry for deep remedial massage and she has been a wonderful addition to the team. What impressed me at my first session with Perry, was that she was already across my areas of concern, and updates from our session was communicated back to Calum. My family and friends have also switched to The Wellness Team and I recommend them very positively to anyone that wants to get the best out of their body.

Just the best massage! As ever Adam has worked out all my back/ shoulder / neck tension. Fantastic remedial/ deep tissue massage feel much better after every massage. i improved from the first session, Adam is knowledgeable and skilled, extremely dedicated and compassionate. A perfect massage - do you need a massage therapist, don't look any further.

I have been an ongoing client of Callum's for over 7 years.I couldn't recommend him more highly.As someone who has chronic issues, Callum has always been compassionate and understanding during our sessions and thorough when explaining the necessary exercises/ regimes I must follow to get my body back on track.Since I started seeing Callum as my physio he has not only continued to expand his business but further his learning which has helped me profusely. His dry needling and acupuncture techniques have really helped me with my healing, especially during a flare up. He has mastered these techniques with great precision.Thanks Callum for being a caring individual, dependable and a genuine soul.And a physio that knows how to give relief with proper adjustments and really hard massage when required.Five stars from me - I won't be going anywhere else.

I saw Calum for a sore lower back and I was very happy with the outcome. I saw him twice, he fixed the issue and educated me how to prevent it coming back.He diagnosed the issue as muscle tightness all around my hip area. He loosened it all off and gave me exercises and techniques for doing this myself. My golf swing is now working better than before, and no sore back.Thanks Calum!

I attended this practice in early November and saw Callum - a very good and thorough physiotherapist. There have been some administration problems with payments , which have been quickly and proficiently rectified and made good. Jeff

Physiotherapist Luis Rees expertise, patience and professionalism is exceptional. In just 6 weeks of therapy I can move my shoulder pain free after being at countless other physiotherapist without results for nearly three years. Can’t recommend Luis highly enough !!

Calum's a brilliant physiotherapist and just a great guy. He's using different techniques on me which I've not had before which is getting results.A really great practice with friendly staff.I won't be going anywhere else

I have been seeing Calum for a few years now and to be honest, I wouldn't have been able to progress my training without his support. My training includes high intensity interval training and also progressive weight training. Lately I've had an issue with my left bicep which has made it practically impossible to to do any push or pull moves. After a few sessions with Calum, I'm firing on all cylinders again and am very grateful to know that I can depend on his abilities and professionalism.

I started seeing Callum with a sore knee about 10 months ago never thinking I would ever be without pain, however after only a couple of sessions I found my pain was gone and I was able to walk like a normal person again. I can't thank Callum and the team enough, it's always a great experience and I look forward to my sessions every time I go and get a tune up. PS: unlike other physios I've seen Callum never gets annoyed when I haven't done my exercises he understands sometimes it's hard to find the time and that's juat one of the reasons I continue to go back. I can only say if you need a good physio this is the place to find it. Rae
