Extra care and personalized service from Jackie makes this caravan park exceptional. She's a character and we need more Jackie's. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay... will be back. Jackie we didn't make it in time ...you will know what I mean . Thankyou for your kindness.

Excellent service, Jackie is a fabulous host and assists with parking vans big rigs are drive through. Tidy clean easy walk into town. Will be recommending to friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this caravan park. Jacqui welcomed us and guided us into our spot. She’s an amazing host who goes that one step further to make you feel welcomed and comfortable.The location is excellent and we especially loved the country feel of s small park as opposed to the larger more notable caravan parks.Tenterfield is an amazing town, we will be back for sure.

From the moment we walked in the office we knew a 5 star review was coming.Jackie is the friendliest manager we have found on our road trip so far.She found us a site in the middle of peak season and even helped us back our van in.The amenities were spotless and the atmosphere in the park was positive and friendly. We credit that to Jackie who seems to bounce around the place being cheerful.We will definitely be back.10 stars for this place.

Stayed here last night. What a beautiful stay. Jackie backed us onto our sites and made sure we didn’t need anything. She also came over and had a chat to us which really made the experience great. There was a new lady who had her first day yesterday and I reckon she fits into the caravan park perfectly. Caravan park is a credit to Jackie.

Without doubt the friendliest park we’ve stayed in and that’s due mostly to our host, Jackie. A tireless worker with a sense of fun and an obvious skill in managing a van park. Craig’s is not a massively big park and that’s something of a positive. The facilities are just fine and Jackie’s knowledge of the local area and what do during a stay were really helpful. But at the end of the day, it’s that laugh. You can hear her anyway in the park laughing and chatting with guests and making sure everything is right for your stay.

Myself and two girlfriends were lucky enough to camp for 4 nights over Easter at this delightful caravan park!Jackie the manager was incredibly helpful, kind and efficient in her management of the park.The location is an easy walk to town and the sites were beautifully maintained surrounded by lush grass and trees.We will definitely return again!Thanks Jackie!
