Impact Kidsworld Play Centre

Had my daughters 3rd Birthday party here today. They all had such a great time. We didn’t have to worry about anything. The girls took care of everything for us. I would have given 5 stars but I was a bit disappointed that there was no where for the adults to purchase any drinks. Even the cafe outside the play area was closed so couldn’t even get a glass of water or a coffee. I think it’s a huge lost opportunity considering the centre can book in two groups of 20 children with the potential to serve 40 parents coffee and a snack. The young girls mentioned they used to have a coffee machine in the play area but it broke and it just never got fixed. Considering the event cost me $416.00 ($32 per head) for 2 hours, I would think they could afford a minor expense.

Great place for the kids to tire themselves out. Cafe staff do a great job.

This place is wonderful, staff are friendly you can buy food and coffee. great play centre my kids love it, there is two sections under 3 and then 3 and up.

The staff here are friendly, very kind and joyful! A great play area for the children to tire themselves out and a lovely cafe for parents and guardians to sit, chat and drink amazing coffee! The food is delicious and an affordable day out for the family!

My two boys had birthdays in August and we used Kidsworld as our party venue. The staff were all excellent - it was well planned/organised from the Impact reception and the party host & cafe staff on the actual day were friendly and helpful. Happy, satisfied mum & birthday boys!

The staff here are amazing. I love Sarah and her staff. She is doing such an amazing job and is so kind to all the customers and guests.

Great place to go to with the kids when an outdoor option is not available. My kids can play there for hours. Food at the cafe is so so only but hot drinks are good.

Play centre cafe has extremely questionable food handling procedures. Staff constantly eating in the cafe, having lovely chats between themselves or on their phones is not acceptable. I urge management to review food handling procedures and acceptable behaviour for staff.

Impact used to be awesome but this year they've upped their price to $13 for a 1 year old and banned bringing any food or drink, that's right, now you have to buy food and water for your kid (too bad if they're fussy or don't eat much!)I used to come here with a group of friends at least once a week and we'd all buy a coffee and chips while the kids played, sorry impact, you've lost a bunch of customers.
