I asked for a coffee after filling a full tank and the lady in hijab just nodded NO she didn’t give me coffee and she was on the phone with someone and almost charged me for wrong car. this is the second time she did that to me, if you don’t wanna sell coffee or don’t know how to serve customers it’s better you just hire someone who knows how to work in this industry where they deal with customers.

After i filled my petrol i went to the car to grab my phone. After that when I went to the night counter, staff was saying you was leaving without paying , I replied my car engine was off , how can I drive if my car was stopped.i went to the car to grab my phone.Than she was saying your car was moving, I said can you please check on your camera when my car was moving , replied staff said I don't need to , than I said, than you shouldn't accused me for stealing petrol. Cause you are accusing me for stealing petrol.when i asked her name , she refused to give me.than when I saw my receipt her name was there.staff are so rude .zero manners, untrained customer service. Made official complain to bp. I want to see CCTV footage when was my car moving.other wise I will take legal step for accusing me infront of other customers.

Waited at the register to pay, and there was no one there. I had to say Hello" then there was the lady just sitting at the door on the phone! Too busy to attend. Then I pay my bill

Nice and clean. Lots of pumps so there is always one free. Issue is at times if I ordered a coffee, the staff serves the queue before making a coffee. This takes too long and I get the sense of unfairness. Coffee on the other hand is nice.

Worst petrol station! [AVOID]Been filling up from this station for the past two months as I’ve been suggested by a couple of friends to try filling up at BP. I’ve been filling up Unleaded 91 in my Toyota Corolla. Just recently my car has been shaking and causing the RPM to drop significantly. After, further investigation and tests the issue was from the fuel.I’ve never experienced any issues with my car before filling up with this BP station. My car is a new Toyota Corolla so it isn’t a issue with the car. It’s the fuel station.Before I’ve been filling up from 7/11 down the road next to Bunnings and I haven’t had any issues as the petrol station is new which means the tanks underground are clean.

One of the worst coffee in town. If you don’t know how to make coffee or if you can’t afford an barista then just stop selling coffee. Overpriced tasteless coffee.

I filled lpg 26/5/2021 they over charge .if anyone use this place please check your bills carefully. me. When I checked my bank statements and I found it. 28/5/2021 back to this place and give all evidence and (invoice and eftpos receipts) they refuse to pay back. My lpg cost only $51.72 but charge me $96, balance showing is something petrol. My vehicle only lpg .cctv evidence also.
