Orbit Fitness Equipment - Cannington

Highly recommed anyone to walk into this store if you are looking for any fitness equiments. Was given some good advise and recommendation to our needs. We want to give a shout-out to Justin and his team for their good customers service and after sales follow up.

Dawood, Justin & louise were absolutely amazing in store! I was very unsure of what equipment I was really wanting and the team were great with their knowledge of the machines, they were very kind and had great customer service! It was so nice to have employees with a smile on their face.

Purchased X305 three months ago and I would say it was the best decision as it is one power house that delievers everything you need at gym. Justin at Canningvale made the process such a breeze and was so prompt to answer my questions. Late review but a tried and tested review. Will shop with you guys again in future.

The customer service from this place was amazing. I was helped with a store demonstration, purchase, and installation booking of the inspire FT2 and floor mats by Mark. After I installed the floor mats I got a message from Mark to check I was happy with them. I then realized I wanted the extra weight stack option for the FT2, I called Mark and he got it sorted straight away. The FT2 install team sent a message to confirm the install booking, then turned up three business days later on the organised date at the organised time, with the extra weight stack. The install team also called before coming to make sure I was home. The guys who rocked up were awesome blokes and got the job done fast. Following installation I had a follow up message from Mark to check that I was happy with how everything was.I haven't had customer service like this in a long long time, just awesome. You don't get help like this often anymore.

My husband and I checked out Flex Fitness, Fitness warehouse and Orbit fitness in search of either a stationary bike or rowing machine for home use. We loved the orbit rowing machine we eventually bought, as well as the great service we received from Louise and Justin. They not only gave us a deal on the machine to compete with one we almost bought at another dealer --that we liked less, but which was less expensive--but also helped us unbox the rower and get it into my little corolla with smiles on their faces. All around, it was a great experience. Thanks Orbit Fitness!

Great range, price and the service was great. The lads helped me load my car up to the absolute brim. Definitely wasn't getting that done by myself.

By far the best customer service I have ever received dawood is very knowledgeable about the equipment and how I can benefit from the options available In store! If you go in store I would recommend you ask for dawoods assistance super knowledgeable and will get you everything you need!

Great experience. Helped me out a lot looking at treadmills. Helped me pick the right one for my needs. Gave me a good deal. Joyel was very helpful. Took time to make sure everything was sorted out and that it would fit in my car. Highly recommended.
