Midas Shoes - Sorrento

I went to buy a pair of sneakers they didn’t have my size in the sneakers I chose. Salesgirl said I can order them and send them to you then she said if you buy another pair of shoes they’re half price so I bought short boots. The shoes arrived not sneakers but another pair of same boots so I returned then the sneakers were ordered again when they arrived since I had not been able to try these I found I didn’t like the one colour it was too heavy once again take them back to change no stock sales person says I’ll order but you’ll have to pay difference you only paid $60 these are over $200 I said but I paid $120 and half for the boots the salesperson insisted I paid the lower amount and refunded me $60 not $120 I paid I now have a pair of boots I didn’t want? no sneakers and I received a refund of $60 instead of $120 three trips to store out of pocket and still no sneakers after being a long time Midas customer this store and salesperson has made my mind up to never shop at Midas again I have been ripped off

store clerk was very pushy and didn’t go so he it’s my shoe choice and kept asking me to try on more shoes

I was served by Beth and her customer service was outstanding it was never an effort to get all the styles I requested she was very friendly
