I contacted Paragon via the email contact us" area on their website and they replied to me within a couple of hours to sort out a time and place.Scott was really accommodating and came to our house after hours ( and on time!) and also did a quote for our neighbors who were looking to have the tint done on their property as well - so I really appreciated that as it was very last minute.Really informative in regards to different types of tint suitable for our house and left us with some samples. Had an unfortunate and unhappy experience with the quality of work conducted by DMS Tinting in Osborne Park on my brand new vehicle.Not only did I have to return a second time and have the majority of the windows redone, the installer carelessly scratched three of the armrests and door panels on my car that was only days old!Lets add this to the fact that my central locking on my passenger door wasn't reconnected and I couldn't secure my car till I took it to the Toyota dealership for repair.After initial denial of the obvious damage by the manager, all I was offered was an apology via email and a lousy $50 cheque which barely covered my travel expenses as a result of multiple visits in an attempt to resolve the issues.Unfortunately having to still see the damage done to my interior is a stark reminder of the botch job and unhappy experience of my decision to allow DMS to work on my vehicle.As good as 3M products are by reputation, you will be better off (in my opinion) staying well clear of this establishment as it is more than obvious the standards of DMS do not match the quality of the brand they represent.

I highly recommend Paragon Tinting for all your home tinting needs. 6 years so we got a feature window tinted using 3m film and a frosted tint on our laundry door. The service provided by this company was excellent and we were very impressed with the product they used. We were so happy we have returned to get 6 additional windows and a balcony door tinted using the same film. Daniel was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I believe I can give a fair and honest review since I can compare the work done by DMS Tinting and another company, the name of whom I can't recall as I'm unable to locate the receipt. This work was carried out in 2013. Four years on and the tinting installed by DMS Tinting is still looking good, no bubbling, as compared to the other windows installed around the same time by another company that have already bubbled in many places. Although DMS Tinting cost more, they did a far better job with a better product. I've just contacted them about installing window tinting in my home again and would recommend them to anyone.

Had my car tinted here last week - very happy with the quality of the tint and the service provided. The first lady I spoke to was very helpful when it came to deciding what tint to get, and offered me $50 off for being a RAC member, without me having to ask. The bloke I dropped the car off to offered me a lift to the train station, and then the lady I picked the car up from was helpful too. The car looks awesome, and I can really tell the difference in terms of heat reduction. Would definitely use these guys again. Sorry I can't remember anyone's name though ...

What was initially the most professional service experience for us with Scott's genuine attitude followed by thwir managers visiting to sort out issues, turned out to be a rather unpleasant experience eventually. They recommended and fitted internal film on the double glass tinted windows which cracked upon WA sun exposure. Then after I got the window glass frames replaced they put external film which is what the window manufacturer though they should have done in the first instance. This film is coated with some white particles and opaque noe. They have not been responding to calks. Scott got fired a bit after my previous 5 star review.

Had Scott who came out and did a free measure and quote for us and I have to say that he was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process.Paragon / DMS was referred to us by a friend and I can see why they were the chosen installers for getting theirs and ours done. He gave good advice and tried to be unbiased on the various products out there without being pushy or aggressive which just made the process all that much easier. He always made time to answer questions even on the weekends.The installer showed up 10 minutes before the appointment and had the tints up and installed in a very quick and professional manner. No issues with the service and I was also told that my friend had no issues when it came to claiming on their lifetime warranties.Highly recommended.

I organised an appointment with Andrea to come to our house to quote on window tinting and a possible graphic in the bathroom - Absolutely delightful lady who knew the 3M products well and could advise what sort of glass were in our windows at home but just knocking on them!Andrea phoned to advise she might be a couple of minutes late, didn't rush the appointment, took precise measurements of all the windows and provided a written quotation right on the spot! I even got samples of the different products I was looking at - free of charge! No pushy sales tactics and good ol' fashioned service.DMS Tinting were the third company we had out to provide a quote for our house tinting and their professionalism outweighed by far the other companies we had approached.Looking forward to placing an order with DMS Tinting as this experience with Andrea was extremely positive.
