Lachie is a good dude that is very passionate about his job, I can't recommend him enough.

I cant recommend Lachie and his services enough. His plans are well thought out, with every exercise listed having form ques, tips and other advice, along with so much more. Making it easy for people where are completely new to the gym, or familiar. You will not see many trainers putting this sort of quality and effort into their plans and especially his personalized plans. I am probably doing him a disservice even, as he has spent countless hours on his work and offers so much more.As a personal trainer though he really just goes over and above, he isn't the type of trainer to get his qualifications and instantly never read up or study again, (like a large majority of trainers). He is constantly studying and learning to make sure you get the outcome you want. He is obviously knowledgeable but knows how to explain things in a way where you simply just get it.And despite i still have a ways to go, he has held me accountable and set me back on path multiple times and i probably wouldn't be where i am so far, if it wasn't for his advice and knowledge.And hes yolked, so you know hes legit
