My name is George Mahera, I recently applied for a Sales role position with the Kellyville office on Wednesday 26 September 2022, I have more then 20 + years sales experience in Real Estate. till now I have not heard nothing back from the Principal/Licensee from Box Hill that interviewed me. I have text and called on two occasion after being promised I would receive a phone call? back.. In summarizing.. no phone call, no text message, no email just to say?.. hey guess what?.. we don't want you! fair enough. I feel their motto should be.. we don't care" moving on. I' am truly disappointed with such a well known brand name in the industry to be treated like this. I would now personally not have anything else to do with the name of Laing+Simmons in any other Real Estate transactions ever again. I would stand corrected if this was to ever change. make your own decision on my feedback to this company. I will not hold my breath waiting for a response."

Raywhite - Kellyville as a property management company had not shown any appropriate responses in dealing with the tenancy issues in timely manners.There has been a high staff turnovers and shortstaffing at Raywhite Kellyville and they failed consistently in exercising reasonable communication skills to property owners on numerous occasions. Family member/s (Son at highschool) are employed without trainings to backfill on the shortstaffing can be seen manning the desk with no supervisions and has no understanding in the industry, blindly trying to feel the way through everything.As a result, this caused financial losses and distresses to the propert owners not to mention loss of time and energy in trying to get things back on track. SUNNY LEE - As the company principle who should be acting with some degree of authority at executive level did not show any competencies in the subject matter expertness on the industry level. English is not eloquently articulated and he relies very much on the property managers he hired making decisions resulting in the company having little to no professional directions.
