Went here for a lion cut for our little cat who has been struggling with matting. They did a great job on her and there was no issues with her anestesia. Lovely vet nurse at reception too.

The entire team at Family Vets Western Sydney is incredibly dedicated, genuinely caring and welcoming. Dr Ash and Dr Kathy are both highly experienced, extremely knowledgeable, and take the time to explain the best and necessary vet care. Thank you to the Dr Ash, Dr Kathy and their exceptionally experienced Veterinary Assistants who all went above and beyond to save our little puppy’s life with complex emergency surgery. Thank you for welcoming our family to visit Eevee as she recovers, for your high level of care, and outstanding service.

These guys are absolutely brilliant. They listen to us regrading our dogs fears of vets. They made him comfortable and relaxed when we visited. I love how Dr Ash and Dr Kathy get down to the animals level and do the consultation. It was completely fear free for our dog. Can not highly recommend these vets more.

I could not be happier with Drs Ash and Kathy and their wonderful vet nurses. They all go above and beyond to provide truly thorough consultations, provide a range of options that are well explained and encourage you to make the decision that best suits. The level of expertise, genuine care and friendliness shown at every appointment is well appreciated. The pricing is very reasonable and I'm confident my pets are now receiving the best possible care in the local area.

Dr Ash at family vets did an excellent job with my puppy's cherry eye. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. All the staff at Family Vets are kind & friendly. Coco has recovered fully.

I had a horrible experience with a previous vet and was hesitant to trust others. I brought my fur baby here for an emergency and was treated with respect and dignity. I was so relieved to find a caring and capable vet. Will definitely return.

Brought both of our rescues here and they were treated gently and had a great experience.Saw the vet very quickly and both animals were well catered for.Very budget friendly and would highly recommend to family and friends to bring your fur babies to be catered for.Services we had: dog check up and vaccinationCat check up and nail trim (done within 5min)

Would highly recommend this wonderful vetinary clinic. Our beloved cavoodle Leo recently had to undergo complex emergency surgery and Dr. Ash, Dr.Kathy and their team demonstrated expert knowledge and skill to perform the surgery and provide optimal care during Leo’s recovery. The team were professional, patient and compassionate throughout the entire process and we would definitely recommend them if you want quality care for your pet.

I am so grateful to Dr Ash and the team for saving my beautiful 13 year old dog, Monster. I thought that her days were numbered, but Dr Ash was confident he could successfully remove the massive tumour on her chest. Monster has recovered beautifully and her quality of life has greatly improved. Thank you for allowing me to have extra time with my beautiful girl.
