We discovered a leak under our kitchen sink on the afternoon of New Year's Eve. Which couldn't have been a worse time and we knew we would find it hard to get a plumber.After ringing numerous plumbers including those that claim that they service 24/7 and guarantee to call out in an hour (turned out to be a week with those), or they didn't answer at all.Oceanside not only answered the phone he even came out New Year's Day morning and fixed the leaking connection, he relocated and changed the angle of the dishwasher tap so as not put strain on the pipe and connection when turning on and off.

Arranged for 9.00am visit (approx) made call at 9.50 am he got caught on job, far enough, BUT customer service would be to ring, arrived at approx 10.12am, I had to supply protection for carpet, he located and repaired leaking pipe, DID not clean area he was working on, very unprofessional for a so called tradesman, not use again.
