Decent room for the price, very clean with great views. Had an issue with the booking that was my mistake and the owner adjusted it without charging me. Excellent service

Very affordable and close to everything on the Esplanade at Lakes. Room was a little dated but still clean and very usable. Price was excellent which more than made up for any imperfections. Recommended especially on a budget or for a brief overnight stay like us.

The room had an old style the pool was a bit cold. The room was very clean. I highly recommend coming here if you're on holiday.

Stayed last night. Micheal, the manger, was courteous and obliging. The room was large, clean and quite. Great shower and comfy bed. The complex is somewhat dated but that is overcome by the cleanliness of the room. I would stay again if in the area.

A great place to stay if you are ever in lakes entrance. 2 out of 3 times there was a free upgrade to a balcony view.Great atmosphere and a very nice bed to sleep on.A walk across the road gives you amazing views of every reason to go on a trip here, the boats, the amazingly blue water. A quick 5 minute drive to dolphin lookout. A well placed hotel with a pool available for those days a little to warm.The negative.Take your own water bottles and milk.There are taps in the bathroom and small packets of milk available in th fridge. Yet having these things will make your stay just that little more comfortable.Mugs, kettle, coffee and sugar is provided

Possibly my favourite on this trip. Value for money, great bed and location. Had a great stay.

The rooms could do with a upgrade, but $100 a night we are not complaining. The owner very friendly and helpful.

This has now become our stay over spot between NSW and VIC, the beds are outstandingly comfy, excellent water flow in the showers and it’s quiet. A little hidden gem, perfect for a long day of driving. Easy access to great cafes and the pub. Great place to have a walk in the morning.

The place and the rooms are excellent. Rooms are clean and good space with lot of facilities. Specially Fiona the owner she is so friendly.
