Misty is a fantastic personal trainer. Every class is different and challenging and she tailors it according to the ability of the group. She is very knowledgeable, correcting technique throughout the class and offers suggestions for stretches for any trouble spots.As a Bowen therapist, Misty is also able to help with any aches and pains. She fixed my frozen shoulder a couple of years ago and I went from being unable to raise my arm above shoulder height to full mobility. She has also helped me recently with restricted neck movement. I cannot rate her skills highly enough and she’s also a lovely person.

I highly recommend Misty for Bowen Therapy. I didn’t understand the benefits of Bowen until I met Misty. She has dramatically helped with my long standing lower back pain

Misty is amazing, be it her intuition as a bowen therapist or knowledge of the body and how it works(good and bad!) . She treats holistically, seeing me in the context of my life, in my role as a mother and as someone who sits at a desk during the week. I always feel grounded, relaxed and free of tension after our sessions. highly recommend.

Misty has magic" hands! My sporting activities include Surf Boat rowing which I love.....Misty and her Bowen therapy make sure I can continue with this sport. She keeps my back flexible and not sore. She has also assisted with my lymphatic drainage issue. My husband had Sciatica and Misty was able to assist him with this daily pain. I can't recommend Misty enough."
